This hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious (for Japanese standards) with large bathrooms, and the location is super convenient, just steps away from the U10 Unimall Entrance and close to Nagoya Station. The service was top-notch, although I did miss the floor tower in the bathroom for a day. The dining options were a mix of good quality Japanese and Western food, but the sweet biscuits were a hit and miss. The hotel facilities were modern and up to standard, with a lovely spa to enjoy. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room for improvement in the dining area.
